I’m an Emmy-nominated documentary producer and development executive with a focus on shaping hopeful nonfiction stories. As Head of Development at The Kennedy/Marshall Company, I oversee a range of documentary projects, collaborating closely with creatives, financiers, and studio partners to bring each project to life.
I am also dedicated to sharing knowledge through teaching, workshops, and mentoring the next generation of young professionals. Whether developing a career plan or polishing ballet technique, I’m here to be your guide.

I created an early-career curriculum that helps students get started in the film industry, often with a focus on key entry-level skills like script coverage. Since 2016, I’ve been running these career development programs for film students at schools like Chapman University, Belmont University, and UNLV. The class is built around four main elements: concrete skills, exposure to possible career paths, encouragement, and fostering industry connections. I always include one-on-one sessions in my programs and feel they’re such an important part of the learning process. I also regularly speak at college and career events to share advice with students.
Alongside my work in film, I am very involved with the dance scene in LA. I was trained at the Van Metre School of Dance, Nashville Ballet, Tennessee Governor’s School for the Arts, and West Side Ballet in Santa Monica. These days I am on the ballet faculty at Liv’ART Dance Studio in North Hollywood. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch young students connect with the art form. In my private lessons, we focus on building a technical foundation through classical ballet repertoire.

I've been with The Kennedy/Marshall Company since 2015, working across all divisions—from narrative features to television and now documentaries. I got my start as a researcher on Finding Oscar (Amazon), which was executive produced by Steven Spielberg and premiered at the Telluride Film Festival. From there, I moved into associate producing roles on Boston (Lionsgate), narrated by Matt Damon, as well as Satan & Adam (Netflix) and Laurel Canyon: A Place in Time (MGM+).
In 2019, I began co-producing Jazz Fest: A New Orleans Story (Sony Pictures Classics), which went on to win a Grammy. More recently, I produced Mr. A & Mr. M: The Story of A&M Records (MGM+) and the Emmy-nominated and Peabody-nominated film The Space Race (Nat Geo). You can find my full list of credits here. Now, I lead documentary development at the company, overseeing a slate of more than 20 projects in various stages of production.
